Terms and Conditions of No Gap Dental Check-ups
Offer only available to new patients of Best Western Dental Centre.
New patient means a patient who has not received dental services from Best Western Dental Centre prior to the commencement of this promotion.
Offer only available to patients who have private health insurance with dental cover. Limit of one no gap check-up offer per patient.
The no gap dental check-up offer includes an examination (011), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride treatment (121), and x-rays (022) including OPG (037).
If you would like to have a smile make over or when a complex treatment plan is needed, we may also need diagnostic models (071), photographic records- intraoral (072), photographic records- extra oral (073), Diagnostic wax-ups (074), follow up consultation (014) which this offer also covers.
Access to this offer is subject to you having available limits for the listed items at the time of the service and having served any relevant waiting periods with your private health insurer.
The services provided by Best Western Dental Centre will be deducted from the patient’s health fund annual limits and/or service limits.

Quick Booking FAQs
Missed Appointments (Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice)
If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice:
$120 deposit is required to rebook with Dr Nathan Le
$60 deposit is required to rebook with other dentists
The deposit will be applied to your next visit.
If a subsequent appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited.
Orthodontic Consultations
One complimentary orthodontic consultation is available per person.
A current OPG is required:
$130 if taken at our clinic
No charge if you provide a valid OPG taken within the last 6 months
Implant Consultations
One complimentary implant consultation is available per person.
A CBCT scan is required:
$280 if taken at our clinic
$120 deposit required at booking if a CBCT is needed
No deposit is required if you provide a valid CBCT taken within the last 6 months
The deposit, if applicable, will be applied to the consultation or treatment.
Tongue Tie Consultations
A $120 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of:
A no-show, or
Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice
Facial Aesthetic Consultation Appointments
A $120 deposit is required at booking.
The deposit will be applied to the consultation or treatment fee
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice
